Technical support regarding the use of the ComVibe Services will be available, at a minimum, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, or as may be otherwise specified on the Site, excluding United States federal holidays.
Support will be available to Subscriber only by e-mail to support@comvibe.com or phone 1-855-426-8423 Ext. 2. Subscriber acknowledges that technical support to be provided by ComVibe is limited to the use of the ComVibe Services and does not includehelp desk
assistance or similar end-user or technical support with regard to use of Subscriber’s hardware and/or software or interactions between the ComVibe Services and Subscriber hardware and/or software.
Although ComVibe personnel may attempt to offer assistance to Subscriber with such interactions between the ComVibe Services and Subscriber hardware and/or software, such issues are beyond the scope of ComVibe’s obligations hereunder and any advice as to such interactions shall be offered at Subscriber’s sole risk and Subscriber, and its Authorized Users, agree to indemnify, defend and hold ComVibe harmless from and against, any losses, claims or other damages it may incur as a result of any advice given by ComVibe personnel regarding interactions between the ComVibe Services and Subscriber hardware and/or software.
