Our solutions target and solve the #1 cause of avoidable turn over — poor maintenance — through a suite of tools that creates a cycle of improved management service driven by community feedback .
We recognize that there are limited options that foster a successful property management model, and that a disconnect exists between resident satisfaction and our customers’ operations. In order to better understand our customers’ needs, our team conducted extensive market research over 2010 – 2011 that clarified the goals used to define ComVibe’s groundbreaking platform.

Chester Jack
With over 25 years of experience in software development, Chet brings great perspective on how software can be used to creatively solve our customer’s problems. Since 1990, Chet has specialized in the development, management, and operations of internet-based services. His efforts have focused on providing robust, scalable, and secure systems for organizations including Intuit, the University of Pittsburgh, MyGov365, Galt Technologies, and Pgh Systems Corp. His experience ranges from hands-on development through senior engineering management.
Kariithi Kilemi
With many years of experience in developing enterprise resource planning and property management software, Kariithi has critical skills that enable the team to effectively manage projects and engage customers. Kariithi helps to ensure the successful adoption of ComVibe into each client’s unique property management workflow and is always ready to provide support where needed. His background in consulting with Accenture, coupled with his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, has enabled the team to run efficient operations with a focus on exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Mike Yang
Since graduating from Penn State in 2008 with a degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Mike has been working with start up companies that have not only improved his technical skills, but has helped him gain many new insights as to the obstacles that these companies have to overcome to stay alive. He has years of experience in creating custom applications, providing application support, integrating third-party applications, and is always looking to adopt emerging technologies into his skillset to stay competitive. This has helped him to remain flexible to take on new challenges every day.
Matt Schnauber
Matt is a 2003 graduate of University of Mount Union with a degree in Fine Arts. Over the past 10 years, Matt has worked at a diverse variety of companies from boutique ad agencies, to startups, to large corporations. He is a creative problem solver specializing in UI design, interaction design, and front-end development.
